Order before 2:30pm for same day delivery Monday - Friday. All Weekend Orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday.

Substitution Policy 

At Stick Stems Co., we value quality and customer satisfaction over everything. The arrangement you receive may not perfectly match the photo because certain flowers, vases, and varying products are subject to availability. All substitutions made to the arrangement will always match or exceed the value and quality of your original selection. We encourage you to let us know if any particular elements are of importance to you and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Please use the “special instructions for seller” field in the cart page to specify any requests and your message for the greeting card.
